We only ship to USA and Canada. You may receive the items 3-5 days plus processing time about 1-2 days. We use standard rate for shipping fee according to your shipping address.

Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Shega within 15 days of delivery for a full refund When you initiate return, we will send you.
To return an item you ordered:
1. Go to Your Orders on your account to display your recent orders.
2. Choose Order and select Return.
3. Select the item you want to return, and select an option form the Reason for Return menu.
4. Submit return request.
5. After the request , we will send you return label with in two days of response time.
6. Print your return label and return authorization. Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don’t include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
7. Add your return label and package your items for return. Pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return from your account.
You can view the status of return or a refund in your orders by selecting RMA Requests.
Return Conditions
For a qualified return, items should be in original condition and should not past the return window Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error , return price could be up to 50% of the item price.
