Shipping Policy

Shega Store is a shop where many sellers provide their product on the platform. As a general, we have a shipping policy as below. This could not be the same for every sellers. Each seller has his or her own shipping policies, which should be outlined in their Shop Policies. Please check on each sellers shipping policy listed in their own shop links.

You may receive the items 3-5 days plus processing time about 1-2 days. We use standard rate for shipping fee according to your shipping address. This shipping time could be different to shipping outside US up to 9 business days. Certain products may not available for orders located outside of US or CA.

About customs, duties and taxes

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees and customs duties (hereafter, ‘Import fees’), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in import fee calculations are (among others):

·         Product category and price

·         Shipping costs and package weight

·         Customs clearance channel

·         Import taxes based on custom duty amounts.

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries do not charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

Import regulations.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Note:  Shipments into the United States sold by Shega may be subject to US state and local taxes.
