Refund and Return Policy
Shega Store is a shop where many sellers provide their product on the platform. As a general return policy we have a return and refund requirements as below. This could not be the same for every sellers. Each seller has his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their Shop Policies. Not all sellers accept returns. Please check on each sellers return and refund policy listed in their own shop links.

Contact us and request a return within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Shega within 15 days of delivery for a full refund When you initiate return, we will send you.
To return an item you ordered:
- Go to Your Orders on your account to display your recent orders.
- Choose Order and select Return.
- Select the item you want to return, and select an option form the Reason for Return menu.
- Submit return request.
- After the request, we will send you return label with in two days of response time.
- Print your return label and return authorization. Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
- Add your return label and package your items for return. Pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return from your account.
You can view the status of return or a refund in your orders by selecting RMA Requests.
Item’s Conditions
For a qualified return, items should be in original condition and should not past the return window Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error , return price could be up to 50% of the item price.
