How to Report an Item or Shop
If an item or a shop does not comply with Shega Store’s policies, you can report it on Shegastore.com. You cannot currently report items on the Shega store app.
How to report an item
To report an item:
On the listing page for an item, click Report abuse.
Select a reason from the dropdown and add a note. If your specific concern is not provided as an option, add the relevant details in the text box.
Intellectual property issues
Reporting items Shega Store to maintain accuracy and transparency in the marketplace. However, reporting should not be used for intellectual property matters.

Problems with an order
If you are having a problem with your order, you should contact the seller directly under their shop name in Shega Store. If you’ve already done that, your order hasn’t arrived when it should, or the item not as described, you have the option to open a case. We recommend that you work with the seller to resolve the problem before you open a case.
After you report an item
A notice will be sent to Shega Store to review the item. Shega Store has several teams responsible for reviewing items reported in the marketplace. We may contact the seller or take other appropriate action.
In some cases, Shega store’s investigation will reveal that the item or shop is in fact in compliance with Shega store’s policies. In cases like these, no action will be taken.
In other cases, Shega Store will work with a member privately to remedy any issues raised.
Please don’t report a single violation multiple times or discuss an item you have reported in any of Shega Store’s community spaces.
Reporting and privacy
Reporting items or shops is a confidential process. The reported member won’t know who reported them.
Shega Store’s investigation will be handled privately. You will not receive a personal response to your reporting message or any updates on the review process.
