How to sell on Shega Store

• Free registration, no fee for listing and free monthly payment . We don’t charge you on creating your account and you can list your product for free once you are approved to sell.

• Secure transactions, Seller protection.  We process payments on our secure , SSL-encrypted platform and have additional security system to protect from fraud.

• 15% Transaction fee, 3 to 4 % plus payment processing fees.  When you sell an item, there is a small commission and standard payment processing fee. This include the payment transactions to transfer in your account. All payments are processed only in US dollar.

• Free advertisement, We advertise all products on the platform in all of our medias. For special advertisement package, we only charge additional  15% only.

If you are selling a diaspora seller

• Payment – Up on selling your product, commission fee 5 % and transaction fee of payment gateways will be charged from the orders. Once the order is completed, you will get withdrawal in direct deposit to your account or PayPal account. Your payments will be in US dollar.

• Shipping and delivery is totally handled by you. You have to fill shipping information on your shop including return policy. Once you send the order, you have to insert the tracking information so that we can know when the order is completed to release the payment.

• Free advertisement. Promotion on the website for your shop including other sellers is free. You can create your sale on each product to get more searches. For a special advertisement, you can subscribe and get service for only 15% additional fee. 

If you are selling from Ethiopia

• Free registration, no fee for listing and free monthly payment . We don’t charge you on creating your account and you can list your product for free once you are approved to sell. You should provide bank account to accept foreign transaction. 

• 15 % Transaction fee.   When you sell an item, there is a small commission and standard payment processing fee. This include the payment transactions to transfer in your account. All payments are processed only in US dollar.

• You must provide shipping and return policy. The shipping is totally fulfilled by you so that you must provide the shipping date very clearly for the customers. If there is a return request, you should have to deal with it accordingly. If there is unfulfilled return request, it might lead you for account suspension.
