ከኢትዮጵያ ሱቅ ሲገዙ የመመለሻ ፖሊሲ አይኖርም።

የማጓጓዣ ማረጋገጫ ኢሜልዎ በደረሰዎት በ20 ቀናት ውስጥ ትእዛዝዎን ካልተቀበሉ፣ እባክዎን በ shegastore@gmail.com ስምዎ እና የትዕዛዝ ቁጥርዎ በማስገባት ያግኙን እና እኛ ለእርስዎ እንመለከተዋለን።

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note – all products are free custom fee. For this purpose, might change the selling price with product raw price to reduce additional fee for our customers. If you have any questions on receiving the product price, contact us at shegastore@gmail.com

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the US and Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you insert the wrong shipping address there will be a delay in your order delivery and we don't take responsibility for the delay.
There will not be a returning policy when you buy from Ethiopia store.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping payment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shegastore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shegastore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Such cases will be communicated and handled by the shipment provider company.
