Shipping policy

We only ship to USA and Canada.  You may receive the items 3-5 days plus processing time about 1-2 days. We use standard rate for shipping fee according to your shipping address. This shipping time could be different to shipping outside US up to 9 business days. Certain products may not available for orders located outside of US or CA.

About customs, duties and taxes

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees and customs duties (hereafter, ‘Import fees’), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in import fee calculations are (among others):

·         Product category and price

·         Shipping costs and package weight

·         Customs clearance channel

·         Import taxes based on custom duty amounts.

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries do not charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

Import regulations.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Note:

             Shipments into the United States sold by Shega may be subject to US state and local taxes.

About shipping Restrictions

You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

Returns

Contact us and request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Shega within 15 days of delivery for a full refund When you initiate return, we will send you.

To return an item you ordered:

1.       Go to Your Orders on your account to display your recent orders.

2.       Choose Order and select Return.

3.       Select the item you want to return, and select an option form the Reason for Return menu.

4.       Submit return request.

5.       After the request, we will send you return label with in two days of response time.

6.       Print your return label and return authorization. Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.

7.       Add your return label and package your items for return. Pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return from your account.

You can view the status of return or a refund in your orders by selecting RMA Requests.

Item’s Conditions

For a qualified return, items should be in original condition and should not past the return window Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error , return price could be up to 50% of the item price.
